Arrive Early-
Always arrive 10 minutes early for your session. This gives plenty of time to discuss your needs and begin at your scheduled time. This ensures you get every minute of body work you signed up for.
Disrobe-
Disrobe to your comfort level. If you feel comfortable fully disrobing then please do so. I prefer my clients fully disrobed, but if you feel more comfortable leaving your underwear on, go for it! This is your time. Do what you're comfortable with. You will be under a sheet the entire time. Only the area being worked will be undraped, then recovered. Please note, sometimes undergarments can hinder work on certain areas of the body. If you have low back pain, your glutes will need to be worked to lengthen and release these muscles. In my experience it's less awkward for you to remove the underwear than for me to be messing with your underwear while trying to work around them. 😄
Communicate-
Don't be afraid to speak up. If you'd like the pressure, temperature, or music adjusted- You aren't going to hurt my feelings by saying so. This session is all about you. Please let me know your preferences. Speaking up can make a huge difference in your satisfaction.
Tipping-
15-20% is typical. If you’d like to give something extra for exceptional service, you can. If you were given a gift certificate, ask if the tip was included.
Hydrate-
Drink Plenty of Water on massage days to help flush out toxins released during your session. Not drinking enough water can cause you to have headaches and be very sore. Drink a lot, Pee a lot. Flush it out.
